Our History
Ted Parker Begins
Ted Parker opens an HVAC business in San Jose, California, built on a simple belief: do honest work, treat customers right, and the rest takes care of itself.
Dan Takes the Helm
Dan Parker — who began working alongside Ted at age 8 — graduates at the top of his Sheet Metal Workers Union apprenticeship class. He takes over Ted's business and begins building his own reputation for excellence.
West Coast HVAC Inc. Incorporated
Dan relocates to Valley Springs and establishes West Coast Air Conditioning, incorporated as West Coast HVAC Inc. The company quickly becomes the most trusted HVAC contractor in Calaveras County.
Alex Carries It Forward
Dan's son-in-law Alex Banegas — named Most Improved Technician in Training — joins the team and carries the family tradition into the next generation.

Dan Parker
Owner & Master HVAC Technician
Dan holds licenses in Sheet Metal, HVAC, and General Contracting. He graduated at the top of his Sheet Metal Workers Union apprenticeship class and has been in the trade since childhood. His philosophy is simple: be honest, do the work right, and treat every customer like a neighbor.
Alex Banegas
HVAC Technician
Alex joined the family business and quickly earned the title of Most Improved Technician in Training. He brings energy, dedication, and the same commitment to honest service that defines West Coast Air Conditioning.
Ted Parker
Founder (Retired)
Ted started it all in 1967 in San Jose. His belief that honest work and fair treatment are the foundation of any good business lives on in every job West Coast Air Conditioning completes today.
