Request estimate βThose are Dan Parker's words β and they've defined this company for over 57 years.
Dan and his father Ted both carry the rigorous training of the Sheet Metal Workers Union apprenticeship β the gold standard of the HVAC trade.
Ted Parker started it in 1967. Dan took over in 1993. Alex Banegas carries it forward today. When you call us, you're calling a family.
We tell you what's wrong, what it costs, and what your options are. We never add work that doesn't need to be done.
When we say we'll be there at a certain time, we'll be there. Our customers say it again and again β we show up.
We live and work in this community. We're not a national franchise β we're your neighbors, and we treat you that way.
Spanish-speaking technicians available upon request β because everyone in our community deserves clear communication.
In 1967, Ted Parker opened an HVAC business in San Jose, California, built on a simple belief: do honest work, treat customers right, and the rest takes care of itself.
His son Dan Parker β who began working alongside Ted at age 8 β graduated at the top of his Sheet Metal Workers Union apprenticeship class and holds licenses in Sheet Metal, HVAC, and General Contracting. He opened his own company in San Jose in 1989, took over Ted's business in 1993, and relocated to Valley Springs in 2002 to establish West Coast Air Conditioning.
Today, Dan's stepson Alex Banegas β Partner and General Manager in Training β carries that tradition forward. Same values. Same honesty. Same commitment to doing the job right.
Our Full Story βAlex was prompt and professional β fixed my AC quickly and explained a lot about maintenance and the science behind how ACs work. Highly recommend West Coast Air Conditioning!
We've used them on multiple occasions and they always do fantastic work. Alex and Daniel are reliable β when they say they'll be at your location at a certain time, they're there.
Another company couldn't find the problem with our AC. Called West Coast last minute and Daniel came out, identified the issue, and had it fixed in less than an hour. Incredible service.
Dan gave us a competitive quote on an AC replacement and Alex did the installation β spent an afternoon in the heat doing a perfect job. Wonderful, polite, and passionate about his work.
