OUR STORY
Three Generations. One Promise.
In 1967, Ted Parker opened an HVAC business in San Jose, California, built on a simple belief: do honest work, treat customers right, and the rest takes care of itself.
His son Dan Parker — who began working alongside Ted at age 8 — graduated at the top of his Sheet Metal Workers Union apprenticeship class and holds licenses in Sheet Metal, HVAC, and General Contracting. He took over Ted's business and relocated to Valley Springs to establish West Coast Air Conditioning, incorporated as West Coast HVAC Inc. in 2010.
Today, Dan's son-in-law Alex Banegas — Most Improved Technician in Training — carries our tradition forward.
